Ready to fit, this sturdy wooden loft ladder comes assembled within its own timber casing and features a fully insulated 26mm thick white-faced trapdoor which will create a draught free seal when closed which reduces heat loss. The ladder easily folds back onto the trapdoor for stowage, and closing the trapdoor is aided by spring-assisted hinges and a secure retaining catch operated from ground level with the included pole.

The compact 900 x 550 frame size will provide easy and comfortable access into your loft while the 550mm frame width will facilitate easy installation between standard 600mm ceiling joists, minimising fit time and mess.

Wide, comfortable slip-resistant treads with dovetail joints make the ladder a pleasure to use and the included handrail gives that added confidence when climbing. Simple installation and height adjustment once fitted will provide great, safe and easy access to your loft space.
